Psychotherapy is a process in which a therapist helps the client understand and resolve emotional, psychological, and interpersonal issues, supporting them in achieving better mental health and well-being.
As an integrative therapist, I combine various therapeutic approaches, tailoring them to the individual needs of the client.
The main approaches I work with are the humanistic approach (client-centered therapy), which focuses on the therapeutic relationship and understanding, and the existential approach (based on Irvin Yalom’s work), which helps explore the meaning of life and cope with its challenges. I also use techniques from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), which help change negative thought patterns, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), which supports accepting difficult emotions and taking meaningful actions.
My approach is flexible, focusing on what is important to the client and supporting them in their self-development process.

As a psychotherapist, I believe that every person has the potential to live life to the fullest and find harmony in their daily functioning. My approach is based on the conviction that the key to change is an authentic relationship between the therapist and the client, built on trust and mutual respect. I create a space where you can openly express your feelings and thoughts, without fear of judgment. I support you in the process of discovering and understanding yourself, so that you can better cope with the difficulties and challenges you encounter in life. In my work with clients, there are no taboo topics – every emotion, thought, or doubt is important and deserves attention.

Together, we can look at your experiences and concerns, so that you can feel more confident and find balance in your daily life.
